Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel/rearrange a group/private lesson.

We Do Not accept cancellations from social media platforms, email or telephone. Lessons can be cancelled via the online system, under ‘My Account’ > ‘My Bookings’  and select ‘Cancel’ next to the relevant lesson. You will be notified of the cancellation period and whether a credit is available with the notice given.

It is appreciated if customers can provide as much notice as possible of cancellations to minimise disruption to staff, horses and ponies. 

1 weeks notice is necessary to cancel special events and you will be notified of this at the time of booking. 

If appropriate notice is not provided, the cancellation will occur and no credit will be given.

As horse riding is an outdoor activity we continue in all weathers. During extreme weather conditions when it may be unsafe to ride outside we will endeavour to provide horse care and stable management sessions which are part of each rider’s training and development programme with RFEC.

If you cancel your lesson 48 hours before the lesson start or earlier then you will receive a credit for the value of the lesson cancelled.  This credit will sit on your account and may be used by you in any future purchase, e.g. lessons, courses, gift vouchers etc.  Please note that THERE IS NO CASH REFUND.

Eligible cancellations will be returned as Account Credit or Tokens on your ECPro Account.

Although very rare, in any circumstance we have the right to cancel your lesson due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified immediately via email/notification or telephone call in these circumstances.

 

How To Cancel Your Booking

You'll need to log on to your account. Then go to 'My Lessons', click the 'Cancel Lesson' button next to your chosen lesson. A pop up will then display which will state whether you have cancelled within the required notice period and will or will not receive credit.

You will then be asked to confirm your cancellation by clicking 'Ok'. A message will show, approving your cancellation. You will also receive an email to confirm your cancellation. 

If you have cancelled within the 48 hour time frame you'll receive your credit on your account within a few minutes.   

EC Pro Payment and Refund Policy

All bookings must be made in advance and paid for in full at the time of booking to secure the session. Payment may be made by credit or debit card. There is no charge for paying by credit or debit card .

Wow Design Solutions Limited trading as EC Pro is unable to issue refunds and will only issue customer account credit in accordance with the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.

Customers may be able to access a refund by contacting the Yard, School or Livery directly and the Merchant of record for all transactions is Ryders Farm Equestrian Centre, and they shall be liable for all refunds and chargebacks. If you are not happy with the complaints procedure of your riding school/Livery Yard you can contact to take further action.
